Our History

You know us as Access Idaho

In 1999, NIC Idaho (previously known as Idaho Information Consortium (IIC)) won a competitive RFP bid with the state of Idaho to manage the state’s web portal, Access Idaho.

Today, Access Idaho builds online government services and provides secure payment processing on behalf of agencies, counties, cities, school districts, water/sewer districts, etc. in the Gem State. Our solutions use technology to simplify time-consuming processes, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs for government as well as the citizens and businesses they serve.

Access Idaho operates under a self-funded model, in which no tax dollars are used to develop and maintain services. Located in downtown Boise, Access Idaho has 15 employees who live, work, and play in Idaho.

NIC Idaho is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tyler Technologies Inc.
