Juvenile Corrections

The Department of Juvenile Corrections is using Access Idaho’s Prompt Pay, PayPort and Scheduled Payment applications for reimbursement services.

Parents and guardians with a minor child in the Juvenile Correction system are responsible for financial support ordered by the court including housing costs and monetary reimbursement for restitution to victims of the offense. Patrol Districts are responsible for enforcing traffic laws, investigating traffic collisions, assisting motorists, and conducting criminal interdiction.

Patrol District 3 (Southwestern Idaho) covers nine counties stretching from the Oregon and Nevada borders on the west and south to the 45th parallel on the north. Access Idaho supports ISP District 3 and their background check services with our PayPort application.

Events are making a comeback!

Register Citizens for an Event with our App Engine Form Builder

Your agency has access to Access Idaho’s App Engine forms service, to help registering conference attendees for your next event. Let App Engine at no cost to the agency, turn your paper process into an online process.

An example of the service is the Idaho Industrial Commission. They set up a Workers’ Compensation Seminar using the forms service. This tool allows your team to quickly bring up an online event registration and more.

App Engine can also create an automated workflow to reduce paper forms arriving by mail, fax and walk-in traffic. Let us know how we can help you replace paper forms (PDF, Word doc, coffee-stained paper on your desk, etc.) and convert your operations over to an online/electronic workflow at no cost to your agency.

ITS Renews NIC Idaho’s Digital Government Contract for Another Two Years

The State of Idaho Information Technology Services (ITS) has renewed NIC Idaho’s contract for another two years to operate Access Idaho.

NIC Idaho has partnered with the state since 1999 to provide digital government solutions to citizens, businesses, and visitors across Idaho. The company provides nearly 400 digital services through Access Idaho to make government interactions more accessible and convenient.

The state of Idaho, in collaboration with NIC Idaho, has been focused on driving innovative government throughout the 21 years of our partnership. Idaho has been recognized as providing best-in-class digital government service year after year, and we look forward to helping them continue that trend.

The statewide agreement allows NIC Idaho to continue improving on previous services and include new services based on state and local government agencies’ evolving needs. Citizens most often interact with Access Idaho services when conveniently completing tasks online, like renewing their vehicle registration. Government entities are most familiar with the suite of payment services NIC Idaho provides.

The NIC Idaho team is passionate about being a partner, not a vendor. We are honored to work with the state of Idaho as it continues to create award-winning solutions that benefit state and local government constituents.

How can we help you achieve your operational improvement goals at no cost, using the Access Idaho https://www.accessidaho.org/ online service platform?
